- Warranties -
If the item is not as described, faulty or not suitable for the function intended we offer a full money back guarantee, provided the item has not been altered, worn or damaged in any way. Advise of a return must be made with out delay, generally with in 24 hours of receipt where practical.

- Delivery Times -
We endeavour to ship our orders the same working day when ordered where possible.
All orders are sent through Australia Post.

When using Australia POST, Life Energy Water accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

- Backorders -
We always carry on hand a large inventory so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time. However at times it is possible that the product you have ordered may be out of stock for the moment hence not immedeately available. This can be due to other orders in process or items placed on hold. We endeavour at all times to have items available with in a reasonable period, usually 7-10 working days. Should this be the case we will inform you immediately. It is of assistance if you would advice us of a day time contact phone number when placing your order.

- Incorrect Listings -
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be corrected as soon as possbile. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and is part of the our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed.
